The Most Wonderful Woman In My Life

How I adore you're strength,
How I love you're kind heart,
How I wish I could be like you,
How I wish I could do the things you do.

You're brave and smart and I adore you,
You're my light in the darkest night.
You lift me up through my darkest hour,
Surely, you are my hero in disguise!

I'm weak and pessimistic but you were the opposite,
With you with me, there's never a doubt or worry.
You're there to give me a reason to live and be free,
Because you are there to lead and to guide me.

But I have to face this world on my own,
Gone are those moment that you have to be there.
I'm grown and somehow capable of being rational,
But still I think of you as someone so special.

I know that time will come that I will mourn,
Because you will leave and I'll be left alone.
You'll be no longer here on the time that I'll need you.
And all I can do is wish that somehow I'll see you.

I love you and I'll never forget.
You are truly the wisest woman that I've ever met.
The advice you gave me and the things you taught me,
Will always be treasured inside my heart.

I wish I have half of your amazing talent,
And I wish you'd stay young forever just so you can hold me.
But I must face reality and I must face the truth,
You'll not always be here and so I must learn.

I love you so much, my sweet and caring mother.
I wish I could keep you in my arms forever
You are my valiant hero in times of despair.
You are God's gift to me, thanks for all the love that you shared.
