My God in Command

I can be a poet or a detective spy,
I can be a policeman or I can steal and lie,
I can be a model or a ballerina girl,
I can be fisherman or a sea diver who collects pearls.

I can climb the tallest mountain or be a famous celebrity,
I can be a lawyer or a criminal in chains,
I can live my own life and be who I want to be,
I can obey the law or break all policies.

If I do what I desire, will I finally be satisfied?
If I make my own choices, will I be glorified?
The world is boundless and so does my wants,
If I choose to be vulnerable, people will think I'm a gaunt.

Is it possible for me to control my own life?
Will I finally be happy if I pursue my desires?
If I shine in this world and always excel,
Will it make me boastful like everyone else?

But truly, truly, the Lord said to me,
"Dear Child, worldly riches will not help you see,
You can either choose wealth or be here with me,
In your Father's arm, lighthearted and carefree."

"The world is the devil's domain, this you must know,
Everything in it are disguised only  for a good show,
Earthly ambitions are never delightful to the heart,
It what keeps you and me so apart."

"But if you do what I want and then follow me,
I will satisfy your heart and make you joyful as can be,
I can give you everything that even money can't buy,
Come to me and I'll be forever by your side."

I came to my senses and realized I was wrong,
I did pursue riches and it did not made me strong.
I became weak, despondent and depressed,
I knew from that on I need to repent.

I thank the Lord for His wonderful gift,
He made me strong, I feel no more guilt.
The world may tempt me to be unwise,
I know the Lord will guide me to be wise.

So here I am, I'm giving you my all.
I don't care about anything else but you my Lord.
I can plan to be rich or be an old man.
But from this day on, I'm letting God in command.

Faith in You Who Eternally Loves Me

I closed my eyes and wondered if you're really there,
I closed my eyes and pray some more hoping I'll find the answer.
I closed my eyes and realized that it doesn't matter,
Because blessed are those who do not see but still believe.

How did I ever come to know you my God?
How did I ever come to care about the things I used to deny?
My eyes don't see you but I can feel you right here,
Right here in my heart so loud and so clear.

And soon everyone will see how powerful and mighty you are,
You seemed so distant but too me you're never too far.
You loved those who love you and you promised salvation,
I know that I belong to you because I'm your wonderful creation.

I live for you and always will be,
I have faith in you even if my eyes don't see.
Your awesome love covers me like a warm blanket,
You are like a sweet magnificent perfume that I'll never forget.

So come, take me away to your promised land,
Heal the hurt, make everything new, my life is in the palm of your hand.
I'll wait for you and I'll always believe no matter what people say,
I'll always be grateful to you and I'll wait for that special day.

An Overwhelming Endearment

Slowly and gently you kissed my lips,
I felt the tense in your sweet embrace.
Your body so loving, so tender and warm,
You take my breath away with your simple touch.

You caressed my nape and held my hands,
You kissed me again so vigorous this time.
Oh, what a great feeling, I feel so in love.
I can't believe this is happening, I can't believe you're mine.

Steadily and softly you cupped my breast,
And with one swift hold on my behind.
Tonight is the night when I become yours,
Tonight is the night when you become mine.

Truly arousing when we became one,
You whispered, "I love you," I knew it was a sign.
This will forever bind us, this moment is our time.
A vow made divine by a husband and a wife.

My Most Amazing and Merciful God

So wonderful, So beautiful,
You're amazing and so merciful,
Your faithfulness, it's forever.
You are mighty, your glory exceeds above all.

There is indeed no God like you!
You have given everything, and left nothing for you.
You are selfless and unchanging,
You amazes me in everything you do.

Please do forgive me for being weak,
I am sinful and I am bound to feel,
Hatred, sorrows, pain and indignation,
I can't believe that I am saved.

I believe in you, even when nobody does.
I may not see you but I can feel your touch.
You're everlasting and you are love,
I will praise thy Lord who dwells above.
